Refund Policy for Hoice Incorporation
At Hoice Incorporation, we prioritize client satisfaction and aim to provide exceptional web design and development services. However, we understand that situations may arise where refunds are requested. Please review our refund policy outlined below.
Eligibility for Refunds
1. Initial Consultation and Agreement
- Refunds are not available for consultation fees or deposits made for project initiation, as they cover the time and resources dedicated to project planning.
2. Project Progress
- Refunds are subject to the project’s progress:
- 0% to 25% Completion: A partial refund (minus administrative costs) may be issued if cancellation occurs within this stage.
- 26% to 50% Completion: Refunds are limited to unutilized services, with deductions for completed work.
- 51% Completion or Beyond: No refunds will be issued, as the project will have entered critical development stages.
3. Dissatisfaction with Deliverables
- If you are unsatisfied with the final deliverables, we will work to resolve your concerns as outlined in our revision policy. Refunds will not be issued if revisions were declined or feedback was not provided.
Exceptions
- No refunds will be issued for:
- Domain registration, hosting, or third-party service fees.
- Services purchased on a discounted or promotional basis.
- Delays caused by incomplete or delayed inputs from the client.
Refund Process
To request a refund, please email sales@hoicehua.com with the following details:
- Project Name
- Reason for Refund Request
- Supporting Documentation (if applicable)
Refund requests will be reviewed within 7 business days, and an outcome will be shared promptly. Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 10 business days of approval.
Non-Refundable Circumstances
We reserve the right to deny refund requests in cases of:
- Breach of terms outlined in the signed agreement.
- Unethical conduct or misuse of services.
